Hobo in my basement?

chapter 9

Silence was the only thing I was meet with after i finished my story. I didn't dare look up to see H's expression. I was afraid on what he was thinking about. 
"Goblins" 
The whisper was so low that I didn't quiet catch what he said. 
"What?" I said before I could stop myself. I then looked up to meet a pair of memorizing blue-ish grey eyes. 
"Goblins" H repeated a bit louder. 
"Goblins?" I asked as I slightly tilted my head still enchanted by his eyes. 
"The thing that killed your brother was a goblin" H said in a matter of fact voice. 
All I could do was stare dumbfounded as I processed what H said. 
" A goblin! Your saying my brother was killed by a goblin! That my sister didn't kill a human being but a freaken magical creature!" I yelled at him. 
"I just told you my sisters scaring and tragic story and you come up with this crap! What is wrong with you!" 
(3rd POV) 
H stood quietly as mitsuki went on a mini rampage. The only moment H dared to move was when he needed to dodge the knifes that mitsuki threw at him. 
After a few moments mistuki laid on the couch exhausted. 
H cleared his throat. "Now, may I explain?" 
Mistuki only waved her hand, signaling him to continue his explanation. 
"I know that It sounds absurd but goblins do exist. So do vampires, fairies, werewolves, pixies, mermaids, and so on. And based on what happened it seems that a goblin attacked them. He never truly wanted their money. He wanted to eat them this is why when he saw that they were starting to leave he knew he wouldn't be able to eat unless he attacked then. Usually goblins attack people when their alone and take the person deeper into the alleyway before attacking not out in public even if it is night time." 
Mistuki just kept on staring at H. 
"Normally goblins are assigned the people they attack. They would never attack innocent people just criminals and druggies.I bet this goblin was a repel and broke the law when he attacked your family" H explained further. 
H then noticed that mistuki was awfully quiet.He then made is way to her and sat next to her on the sofa. "Was that too much information?" H asked worried. "Maybe I shouldn't have told you all this. No one is allowed to tell humans. Only few selected are allowed to know." H then got up and started to pace the room. 
H's thoughts were then suddenly broken when he heard laughter coming from the sofa. H then turned to meet mituski laughing. 
"Are you alright?" H then moved closer with his hand reaching out to mistuki. H began to worry."Has mistuki lost it too?" H then decided it was for the best that mistuki should forget everything as well and live a normal life. "This will better for you. It wont hurt at all." H whispered as her put his glowing hand on mistuki's head. 
Slowly mitsuki turned limp and laid on the sofa still. 
H then sat in front of her and put his hands on his face. 
"I'm so sorry mitsuki. I didn't mean to cause all this trouble.I wont bother you ever again." H said mostly to himself. He then felt some soft hands remove his own from his face. 
"I'm sorry.I didn't mean to make you cry H" Mistuki said in a low voice. 
H then looked up surprised. "How do you still know me?" 
"Well duh. Remember your weird magic abilities don't work on me?" 
Now he was the one that stared dumbfounded. How could he forget such an important thing! he thought to himself. 
"But you went to sleep?" H sounded confused 
"I was just playing with you" Mitsuki said quietly 
H then noticed that mistuki had a tear in her eye. Mistuski then quickly turned away from H. "How could you easily decide to make me forget you" Mitsuki whispered."It is not your choice at all" She said a bit louder. "I don't want to forget about you" She said as she turned towards H once again. H was then struck in the chest with mitsuki's tiny fist. "I don't want to forget you" She yelled a bit louder as she continued to punch him lightly. "Please don't make me forget you" she whispered as she cried into his chest. 
H kneeled there for a moment then slowly wrapped his arms around mistuki. "I'm sorry" he whispered into her ear. As he tightly embraced her, he could feel mistuki's tears soak his shirt. He stood quiet a few more minutes as mitsuki cries eventually stopped. 
Mistukis then looked up with her eyes puffy and red. "Promise me" She said as she rose her pinky finger. H tried to contain his smile as mistuki's actions resembled one of a child's. H then entwined his pinky with mitsuki's. "I promise to never do anything that will hurt you again" H then lend forward and pressed his lips on mitsuki's forehead. 
Finally H sat up on the sofa again next to mituski. Mitsuki let out a small giggle."I'm sorry I made your shirt all wet." 
H then looked down to notice a small wet area on where mitsuki was crying earlier. H then laughed. "there's nothing to be sorry about.I won't even have had this shirt if you never showed up" Mitsuki then laughed and started to rub her eyes. H tried hard not to stare but the more he looked at mitsuki the more he thought she looked beautiful with her eyes all puffy. Mituski then titled her head as she noticed his stares 
"What's wrong" she asked. 
H then turned away quickly not letting mitsuki see him blush "nothing." 
"Now that I think about it, If you said only a few humans are allowed to know the true then are you one of them?" mitsuki asked 
"No not exactly" H said while rubbing his head. "I'm not really human" 
"Oh, then what are you?" Mitsuki asked. 
"That's complicated" h said nervously. 
"Well I'm not going to force it out of you then" Mitsuki said as she stood up "I'm not one to snoop where I'm not welcome" 
H then let out the air he was holding in. "Thank you mistuki, that means a lot to me really." 
Misuki then smiled brightly "No problem. Now let go eat you must be starving" Mistuki then took h's hand and lead him to the dining room.
