King Leo Goldfire
King Leo Goldfire was hatched Leo Scytheclaw. He was the son of the dragon King Vergatos Scytheclaw and Queen Maradia Redwings. He had a good childhood, with his entire future laid out in front of him; he wanted to become a healer just like his mother's good friend, Rasha Runningwind.However, things went downhill for poor Leo after his mother died of old age. Vergatos' personality would flip between kind and quiet to murderous and ruthless. He even went so far as to try and kill his subjects.
To get away from his father's madness, he would leave the palace for days, often werks at a time. One one of these trips, he met a beautiful Long dragon named Krafyria Souleyes. They developed into great friends and eventually became attracted to each other, but Leo was forced to take up more duties as Dragon Prince as the King descended farther and farther into madness. Finally, Vergatos was too far gone to function anymore, so the royal power shifted over to Leo. The young ming's relationship with Krafyria faltered until they could no longer see each other. That's why he was never able to take a queen.
After his father's death, Leo was officially proclaimed King of Krimarta. He is still known as one of the greatest kings of all time.
