Dodge Ball

I couldn't focus during class. All I could think about is Beth. Her eyes like the darkest night, her hair like golden rays, and her skin milky white. Yeah, I have a crush on Beth pretty bad. Howard passed me a note with Beth's name on it. "What do you think would be hotter? A gown or a mini dress? ;)" It read. I wrote back answering mini dress thinking that it was Howard, but saw Beth sitting in front of Howard. Beth looked back at me and smiled. "Mr. Cunningham, please name the seven continents." Ms. Belding said. "Huh?" I asked. "Name the seven continents." She said again. "Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Antarctica, and the Artic also known as the South Pole." I answered. Everyone starred at me surprised. "Wow, correct. Good job Mr. Cunningham." She said. The bell rang and we all went to P.E. "Where did that come from Cunningham?"

"What are you talking about Howard?" I asked. "That whole seven continents thing." Howard answered. I shrugged and sat next to Beth on the bleachers. Julian walked up to Beth. "So, about the whole prom thing?"

"Sorry Julian, you're a nice guy and all, but I'm going with someone else." She said. Julian sighed. "I understand. I hope that who ever is taking you treats you fairly and with respect." He said and walked away. "You better make this the best prom ever fore because I turned down a lot of guys for you." Beth said glaring at me. "I promise and if not then you can go back to being the evil ninja." I said. "Oh, by the way, who are you taking to the dance Howie?" Beth asked. "No one. Maybe my sister." Howard grumbled. Coach Green came out a told us that we would be playing dodge ball. "I'll be on your team if you won't hit me." Beth said. "Deal." He said. Bash and Me were picked for team captains. I picked (In order) Beth, Howard, Bucky, and Julian. Bash picked Theresa, Heidi, that French guy, and cowbell girl. We started throwing dodge ball at each other and Howard and Julian already got out. "I'll get Heidi and Theresa." Beth said. She picked u two dodge balls and got Heidi and Theresa out on the fist hit. Bash threw a dodge ball at me and hit me right in the guts. He hit me so hard that I blackened out.
