Vision
When I got to my room, I collapsed in bed. Who was that gypsy woman, and what did she do to me?Suddenly, I felt a pressure on my skull. I felt around, but nothing was there. The sensation was becoming unbearable. I gasped for breath.
Then it stopped. I looked around. I was no longer in my room. I must have fallen asleep.
I spotted a figure walking towards me. It was a little girl. She had blonde ringlets, a pale face, and bright blue eyes.
She stopped when she was about 10 feet from me. Everything was eerily silent for a moment. Then a tall man darted into view, snatched the girl, and left.
All of a sudden, I was back in my room. There was no sign of the little girl or the man. But that dream had felt strangely real, almost like... almost like I was there.

The next day, I was woken up by mom's voice coming from the living room. "Victoria! Come here! There's something on the news that you need to see!"
I got up and rushed into the living room. On the TV was a picture of a little girl. My heart seemed to stop.
It was the same little girl from my dream.
I shook it off. It was just a coincidence. I mean, there were probably hundreds of little, curly-blonde-haired girls with blue eyes in the state.
The news reporter cleared his throat. "5-year-old Kylie Willette was kidnapped late last night. She was taking a walk with her mother when she wandered off into the woods. There were no witnesses."
My throat felt tight. That just couldn't be a coincidence. It was a little girl, looking exactly like the one from my dream, and she was kidnapped, just like the one in my dream. What are the chances of that?
Did I... predict the future?
I turned and raced outside and into the woods. I had to find that gypsy, had to ask her what she did to me. I skidded to a stop right where her caravan used to be.
It was gone.
