In the meadows

In the meadows While I was eating my sandwich, I started to think about what my parents told me. They told me about what Arashi means, storm in japanese. They told me I was blessed, but it felt like a curse to me. They didn't told why people think that I'm a monster. I learned that they think that I was a monster. I don't know why though. I had my hand in a fist, while I was in deep thought.

My nails were digging into my hand. I always do that when I'm thinking. People thought I was about to kill them when I do that. I was remembering some of my memories, Then I heard thunder. I looked up. I couldn't see any dark clouds. "Strange" I said out loud.

I was clearly confused about this. I ponder on this. My nails were digging deeper. I started to bleed. But I didn't notice. I looked up in the sky dark clouds were forming. I looked back down.

Wonder what could bring them so fast. Then a flash of lighting came down right in front of me. It was so bright I quickly close my eyes. A sound of thunder came right after the lighting strike. It was so loud I had to cover my ears. But it was so loud, that I feel like my eardrums could burst. I decided to open my eyes and look up.

There was no black clouds. 'But is was there a second ago' I said to myself. I felt extreme pain in my hand. I looked down, realizing that my nails were still digging into my hand. I opened my fist. And saw 4 fingernails length holes. I forgotten to pack some medical supplies. So I ripped some cloth off my shirt and wrapped it around my bloody hand.
