Goldpaw finds out that she likes Longtail?!
"What happened out there?!" Bluestar asked when they finally got inside her den. "I never expected to see you fight with Longtail.""I-I'm sorry, Bluestar." Goldpaw said. "I just lost it when Longtail called me kittypet."
"Don't hurt your clanmates." Bluestar said. "they will help you get through."
"That's what Willowpelt said when we were at the Sandy Hollow." Goldpaw said surprised.
"Bluestar!" Willowpelt said, going into Bluestar's den. "In Goldpaw's defensive, half of it's my fault."
"Oh?" Bluestar said, titling her head.
"At the Sandy Hollow, I said to Goldpaw when she is in front of her enemy, think about nothing else." Willowpelt explained. "I showed her moves to catch her enemy by surprise, but I never thought Goldpaw would actually use them on her own clanmates."
"I'm am really sorry, Bluestar, that I used my techniques on my own clanmate." Goldpaw said, looking at her paws.
"It's ok." Bluestar replied. "you only use fighting techniques when you are with Willowpelt at Sandy Hollow. Understand?"
"Yes, Bluestar." Goldpaw said, whispering.
"Say it like you mean it." Bluestar ordered.
"Yes Bluestar!" Goldpaw said, louder.
"Good." Bluestar replied. "go apologize to Longtail, then go to Yellowfang's den."
Goldpaw sadly padded out of Bluestar's den and went to Yellowfang's den. Where she saw Longtail getting healed. She slowly walked over to him
"Sorry Longtail." Goldpaw said. "I kinda lost it when you called me a kittypet."
"Yeah, whatever." Longtail hissed as he limped away from Yellowfang's den.
As he limped from Yellowfang's den, he turned back and looked at Goldpaw.
"Not bad" He said. "for a apprentice."
Longtail and Goldpaw wanted to smile at each other, but they remained having a straight face and all they did was do a little nod. When Longtail left Goldpaw smiled then laid down.
"You good?" Cinderpaw asked Goldpaw.
"Yea.." Goldpaw replied, dreamily. "It's all good!"
"Uh oh." Cinderpaw said, shaking her head.
"What? Goldpaw asked, getting up.
"I think you like a certain cat." Yellowfang said, setting dark green leaves down in front of Goldpaw.
"Who?" Goldpaw asked, munching the dark leaves.
"Longtail" Cinderpaw said, cheerfully.
"Longtail?!" Goldpaw said in shock,
"It's obvious." Cinderpaw said, laughing. "Longtail wanted to smile at you, and you wanted to do the same!"
"You really think Longtail likes me?" Goldpaw asked, blushing.
"Ask him to hunt with you!" Cinderpaw said.
"I can't do that!" Goldpaw said, terrified. "Now every time I get near him, my face gets hot, my heart starts beating so fast that I can feel it pounding in my chest."
"Wait!" Yellowfang said. "doesn't Longtail have a mate?"
"I'm pretty sure he doesn't." Cinderpaw replied. "But, it will weird for a warrior to be in love with a apprentice."
"Yeah, your right." Goldpaw said, sighing. "I don't know what should I do!"
"Keep it a secret." Yellowfang said. "Don't tell any cat that yall are in love with each other."
"Not even Fireheart?" Goldpaw asked
"Especially not Fireheart!" Cinderpaw said, shaking her head fast.
"Okay." Goldpaw said, getting up. "I'll see yall guys later."
