30 Years Later
He was in the security office at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. After James died, Mike swore he would never return, but he was running out of money, and he was desperate. He had accepted the night shift at this old place, knowing of the dangers that came with this position. But he was very skilled at this - he was currently working his 5th shift there, and supposedly his last shift until he got his paycheck. After that, he was going to quit.
Mike started checking the cameras, making sure that nothing was out of place. Already they were starting to move; the animatronics on the show stage were all staring at the camera.
"That's odd," Mike thought to himself. "That's never happened before."
Suddenly, the phone rang, startling Mike for a few seconds. He quickly picked it up, then returned to checking the cameras.
But this was no ordinary call.
Instead of hearing the Phone Guy on the other line, a horrible, demonic voice was on the other line. It growled in gibberish, speaking of things Mike didn't know. A wave of fear jolted through Mike's bones, but he quickly shook it away. It ws just a prankster on the other line, that's all. Mike checked on the Show Stage, then he switched to the Backstage camera.
"Just as I thought," Mike said. Bonnie had moved Backstage.
Mike checked the Pirate Cove camera. Foxy was peering out of the curtains. Then, he returned to Backstage, and Bonnie was staring into the camera. His eyes looked almost dead except for the tiny pinpricks of dim light that could be seen. Mike jumped a bit, surprised to see this. He calmed down, though, and returned to the cameras.
A few hours later, Mike was almost done with his shift. Bonnie and Freddy were right outside his doors, desperate to come in. Chica was in the kitchen, and Foxy was about ready to escape Pirate Cove. It was 5 AM, though. Mike could survive just a little bit longer.
3%... Mike looked at the window, seeing Chica peering in, creepily. Mike kept the door closed, knowing his power was running out.
2%... Mike quickly turned on the left door light. Bonnie's shadow was still there, unfortunately. Why wouldn't he go away??
1%... A loud *knock knock knock* could be heard on the door. Foxy had escaped. Mike dared not even move for fear of wasting power.
0%. The doors flew open and the lights went dim.
"Come on," Mike whispered. "6 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 6 o'clock..."
A music box's lullaby could be heard. Mike slowly turned to the left side door and saw Freddy's face, illuminated with an eerie blue glow, flashing in the door. Mike threw his head into his hands in defeat. He knew he was dead.
Suddenly, the lullaby stopped and the lights went black. Mike couldn't even see his own hand in front of his face. Adrenaline pumped through his veins, ready to run if he was attacked.
There was a loud screech, and Freddy jumped in Mike's face. Mike screamed and fell backwards, smacking his head on the floor. All he remembered was feeling a tug on his ankle, then his vision went black.
