I can't believe it's you!
I couldn't focus on math. I was to upset. My mind was blank. After class was lunch. I ran to my locker and put my books into my locker. I felt someone bump into my wings. I spun around and saw a blue fox. I looked at her carefully. She reminded me of my cousin who I hadn't seen since I was 6. I got down and helped her with her books. "Sorry," I said handing her the last book and getting up. She looked at me. She had blue eyes like Tails. "Thanks, bye," She said before running off. She looked so familiar to Julie. I shook away the thoughts and walked to the cafeteria. I got my lunch and looked around."Hey Alexis," Sonic called over to me. I looked over at him and sat across from him. "Hi," I said quietly to them. Shadow and Silver soon joined us then Amy and Blaze followed. I saw the blue fox over at another table. I shook my head dazed. "You okay?" Knuckles asked me. I looked over at him and nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine," I said looking down. "You sure?" Amy questioned me. I kept my head down. "Alexis," Rouge said next to me. I looked at her with my cold red eyes.
She stared back at me in silence as if trying to see what was really going on in my mind. "Leave her alone Rouge," Shadow finally said. I gave him a small smile and he returned it. I kept looking down. Tails poked my arm smiling. I looked up and smiled at him. I threw my food away. I wasn't hungry anymore. IM walked outside where everyone was hanging out. I looked at all the groups. I was a mutant. I was never meant to have friends. I sighed at the thought. I was going to be alone forever. I guess after escaping another round with Eggman I've gotten used to it. After my parents were robotosized I had to do everything for myself. Although of course when they died I became the ruler of Arcecelia. You think I would be happy but I wasn't. Even ruling over a kingdom I wasn't treated like a normal girl. That's why I ran away. Away from my dimension. I was a freak of nature even there. I hung my head sadly.
I pulled a necklace from my purse. I've had this necklace with my cousin when we were little. Although in the orphanage we were separated. I learned about my past soon after. I realized I was staring at the necklace in my hand. This necklace was a family heirloom. It was half a diamond. My cousin had the other half. I missed Julie. "Excuse me," Someone said tapping my shoulder. I turned around startled. It was the blue fox who I had helped out earlier. I looked at her and saw she was wearing the other half of my necklace. "Where did you get that?" I asked her. She looked down at her necklace then back at me as I hid my half behind my back.
"My mother gave this to me," She said. "She told me it's a family heirloom. My cousin has the other half but I haven't seen her in a long time." My eyes widened in shock. "What's your name?" I stuttered. "I'm Julie the Fox," She said finally. "Julie?" I asked. "What's your name?" She asked me. "I'm Alexis the Hedgebat." "Alexis?" She asked. I nodded and pulled out my necklace half. She looked at it in my hands then down at her necklace. We both stared at each other in shock. Julie took of her necklace as it attached to mine flawlessly. I used my telepathic powers to read her mind. "I knew Alexis was alive," She thought. I smiled and nodded at her. I gave her my address and walked off.
