More than just a god

Everyone stood there, watching Vaslet. Vaslet remained still. Zeston pointed at him. The guards soon started walking to him. Soon they started running. Everyone watched, waiting for Vaslet to make a move. One of the 20 foot guards sent his halberd down towards him. In the blink of an eye, Vaslet backstepped. The halberd hit the floor. Vaslet jumped onto it and started running up it. Within few seconds or less Vaslet jumped and went for the guards chest. He slashed his giant swords at it's chest. This easily sliced it in two. Vaslet went through and landed on the other side of guard. Who soon started to fall apart, half his chest came off and fell to the floor, his legs falling to the floor. Vaslet clicked his neck as the other approached. Vaslet just jumped, high, coming to head height with the guard. His fiery wings flapped, sending his forward. He sent his swords forward, impaling the giant in the face. Who soon fell, Vaslet removing his blades and standing on it head.
Zeston started clapping. "Well...Well...Well. Vaslet, the first Ember to awaken in 100 years. I am fairly surprised"
"As am I...But none the less, I'm going to kill you" Vaslet stated.
Over by Raiden, Collette was still healing him with her water. Raiden's eyes started to open. "Wh-What'd I miss?"
"Vaslet just awakened" Marissa told him, looking at Vaslet.
"Yo, Vaslet, you started the party without me?" Raiden tried to laugh.
"Yeah, sorry you sorta died" Vaslet laughed. "Listen dude...I'm not ganna be able to win here, you and I both know that. Get your people to safety and get a plan ready to go, we're ganna need it"
"Roger that boss" Raiden said. Collette grabbed his arm and threw it over her shoulder and back.
She started carrying him, followed by The queen and Marissa. "Vaslet?"
"Yeah Col?" Vaslet replied.
"Don't die" She told him.
"No promises" Vaslet started to walked forward. "It's you and me now buddy"
"Well then...Let me show MY true power!" A dark energy started surrounding Zeston. It built up quickly and exploded very similar to how Vaslet had awakened. Only with a dark explosion. Vaslet didn't even flinch, but the others staggered slightly. Zeston suddenly had wings like Vaslet, but dark. And he was glowing with a dark purple energy. His eyes darkened even more than before. He held his two swords beside him. "Time to die Vaslet!"
"You'll burn with me!" Vaslet shot off the ground, hovering and flying right to Zeston. Who also started floating, soon rushing Vaslet too. Zeston's and Vaslet's blades all clashed. Both of the weapon collisions exploded. It sent a dark and fire mixed aura everywhere. They both looked at one another. Soon both shot off into the air, smashing through the roof and into the sky.

Raiden, Collette, Marissa and The queen where shocked but kept walking. "He doesn't have a chance, Zeston awoke in seconds and has much more experience with it" Collette pointed out. "We have to help him!"
Raiden looked at her. "It's Vaslet we're talking about. He'll live"
"He had no trouble over powering you and Vaslet together. Even with his awakened form he has no chance" The queen added to Collette's debate. "Also he has half his vision"
"Can we stop!" Marissa finished. "He may be out matched but he still the guy who took on 3 armies at once, with Raiden by his side, BUT STILL! We need to focus on now and the plan"
"She's right, I know Vaslet he's a fighter" Raiden said. "Collette get me to the control room" They started moving quickly. Soon reaching the room the queen was in earlier. They all stood around a large table, with a hologram of the city. Raiden looked at it, looking above the buildings. He saw a large red dot. "There! They've taken to the sky and are fighting 10000 feet above the castle...He'd buying us time, we have to move now!"
"I can't just evacuate the city...That would course panic" The queen added.
"Errmm you highness...If your people haven't seen the shit storm going on in the sky then consider that buuuuuut" Collette told her.
"Hmmm, sorry I am not thinking straight" The queen apologized.
"Mother, do it. Get them out. We'll hold off Zes-" Raiden was cut off by an explosion coming from the wall. 4 people stood in the hold. 2 women and 2 men. All wearing Black steel plate armor. None of them had helmets and they all had red hair. "The f*ck?"
One of the males stepped forward. "I'm sorry...But me, my siblings and my wife are here for your spark...Take us to it or die"
"Excuse you?" Collette stepped forward. "Who are you?"
"Well, I'm Nexus, and my brother there is Kinster. My sister however, the one on the right there Zoe and the other is Katy, she's my wife" Nexus told her.
"Wait...Katy? You mean Kattion?" Raiden added, standing up right.
"That'd be me Raiden! Miss me?" Katy stepped forward. "Oh and how's my ex?"
"Vaslet? He's being a badass" Raiden smirked. "What are you all doing?"
"Oh you see, me and the gang here wanted to get back at you StruckSparks for hunting the us BloodEmbers" Added Katy. "Now...Where is Vaslet?"
"He's fighting a god right now. Zeston, I'd gather you know him?" Collette asked.
"Oh my well seems Vaslet won't be joining us then. See Zeston is our boss and we're here to take the Spark and see if we can't get Vaslet to join, but clearly over arrangements have been made" Zoe stepped forward and said.
"Katy, he loved you...Why do this to him?" Raiden frowned.
Katy looked at Raiden. "Now Raiden, while Vaslet was strong and fun to be around...He was hard headed and always put his life on the line to fight. Sooner or later he was going to die or be captured. And what'd you know?"
"Sounds like a bad case of being a bitch" Marissa broke her silence.
"Rude" Katy told her, drawing a long sword from her side. "I'll cut your tongue for that child"
"Enough...Mother get the message out" Raiden took a golden sword from the table, he held it out pointing at them, crossing his other arm across his chest. "We'll take care of these traitors" He sword started to spark with lightning, then Kinster stepped forward, looking at Raiden. He was tall and looking well built even under his armor. He took a large, think longsword from his side. Collette took out her scimitars. She looked at Zoe, smiling slightly. Zoe smiled back and took out two knives, holding them upside down. Katy looked right at Marissa with fire in her eyes.
Marissa just smiled and drew her rapier. "I see why Vaslet liked you" They all stood in a stand still. Nexus didn't do anything but stand there. Crossing his arms. He turned looked outside, looking at Zeston and Vaslet fighting. Turning back and looking at everyone.
"Get 'em" He said, remaining still.
