Lost Memories

Lost Memories

Eugene is an average 13-year old who just moved into the neighborhood, but when he finds a secret door that leads him into a storybook world, he finds that things are not always what they seem...((Okay, so this is basically my crossover of Coraline, all the Disney princesses, and a game called Alice Mare(search it up). Just letting you know, Eugene isn't the main character; he's only the main character in a couple of chapters. And to add on, this story is not ENTIRELY the same as what happened in all those Disney princess movies but it's alike to the original tales before they were Disney-fied. Kinda like a mix between the Disney and the original- You know what, enough of my rant and let's get on with the story I made up.))

A New World

"You never answered my question- Who are you guys?"
It was strange and unusual- after all, how the hell can a door lead to palace?! The king on the throne had messy black hair, blue eyes, and traditional red robes, while the queen beside him greatly resembled him. Are they siblings?
"Well, young Eugene, we're, what you say, rulers of another world. And a better world than the world you live in. Right, my dear?~"
Guess they aren't siblings then.
The king then cleared his throat. "Right, well, you must be hungry." He pointed to a table full of food- fried chicken, mashed potatoes, french fries, and other delicious food.
"You serious? Sweet!"
I practically ran to the table and started to dig in. [Censored] Eric's cooking, this food is much better!
"And I figure, since you like our food so much, would you care to take a look around our woods?"
I quickly nodded. I liked this world already.
Soon after I finished what was on my plate, the king then led me to forest. But I somehow got lost and strayed away from him, and soon, the sun was setting. I climbed up a tree and sat there, but then I heard a faint whisper-
"O-oh, you've been k-kidnapped t-too...? Who are you?"
I turned around, except no one was there. There was only a someTHING. A blue ball of light. I didn't know whether to trust it or not so I quickly chose a fake name. But guessing from the voice, it was a girl's.
"Me? I'm Flynn. Flynn Rider."
"Flynn...? I'm Rapunzel..."
I kept staring at the blue ball of light. What the heck was it? Did it belong to someone?
"Listen, Flynn, can you do me a favor and listen to me? Please don't come back here. It's dangerous. I'm sorry, but it's for your own good-"
With that, the ball of light somehow got a pan and raised it. Just before disappearing from my sight, the ball put a paper in my hand. Then everything turned dark.

I woke up to see that I was back into my own world, in my bed, and the clock ringing for the afternoon. Damn it, so it was nothing but a dream. I opened my hand and a piece of paper fell from my hands and dropped to the floor. Okay, so the dream was real?? Then how the hell did I come back here?! I got up from my bed and picked it up. It read-
"There once was a girl with long, golden hair.
She was very bright, and very cheerful.
But one day, she asked herself-
'Isn't it weird that I'm the only one with long hair?'
And so she shut herself from the world."
I went towards the living room again, and found the little door, the words "It's dangerous" ringing in my mind again. How harmful can it be? I opened the door again.

I found myself in the forest, the same forest I was lost in. The blue ball of light appeared right before me, but this time, it wasn't speaking, it was just trying to lead me to somewhere. I followed the blue light, and then it disappeared right after it led me to a tower. I waited a few minutes, but nothing was coming out, so I took out the key. Although, instead of it being a key, it was a dagger. I used the dagger to climb up all the way up the tower and inside the tower was just a beautifully painted room.
"Phew...Alone I gu-"
A pan hit me at the back of my head. How many times has this happened before, since my first time coming here?! But basically everything turned black and I passed out.
