Chapter 4

After a few minutes, we drew up on a dark street, with a graveyard at the end of the street. It was basically the opposite of the street that we went to before.

"Nelly, this time I won't question you! This place is seriously creepy!" Sophie squeaked.
"I know right! I don't know why, but I think even the Block is scared of this place!" I replied.
"Yeah... so, GO! Keep me updated on Video chatting!"
"Me... go.. ALONE?! Sophie.. come on.. we're in this together!"
"Yeah, until we came to this place. Sorry, but do you want me to help you while staying here or wet my pants while helping you?"
"OK, I'll take the first option. I'll go inside."
"Phew. Thanks Nelly!"

As I walked to the fence, I saw a little camera. Great. So the Block finally decided to get tip-top security. I took out my spy phone and went to the app 'Video Chatting'. I pressed 'Sophie' and let the phone ring.

"OK, so what's up?" Sophie said with her mouth ful.
"What are you chewing?" I asked.
"Urrr... I found this chocolate in the car..."
"SOPHIE! You're eating my chocolate!"
"Whoops, borry." She said with her mouth ful. I saw her swallow the piece of chocolate and she said: "I meant sorry. My, this chocolate is real sticky..."
"Sophie, SPY!!"
"Yeah, okay. So what do you need help with?"
"Block's fence has electric beams and they have spy cameras EVERYWHERE."
"Oh my, wait a second. You know that one screwdriver that you have?"
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Well, you know I added that button on it?"

Ah-ha, the button. See, about a year ago when Sophie and I received new spy gear, I got a usual screwdriver. Boring. But then Sophie and I realised that that screwdriver wasn't just an ordinary screwdriver, it had a button on it. That button could make the electricity go out for about 30 minutes in one street. We used it to outwit many agents, and I knew now was the time to use it.

"Yes, you're a genius Sophie!" I squealed excitedly.
"Does that mean that I get more chocolate?"
"NO."

I took out my screwdriver and pressed a button. The next moment all the lights were out and the little spy camera didn't have that red light flashing on it. Satisfied, I put the screwdriver away and climbed over the fence. Luckily the electric beams were also switched off. When I got near the door, I could see signs that said: PRIVATE! KEEP OUT! I tried to open the door but it wouldn't budge. At that exact moment, I saw a little... what? It was a little machine where you had to enter a password for the door to go open. Darn. I tried a few passwords, like, BLOCKRULES, NIKNAKS, AGENTS, but none would work. I suddenly remembered that Block Fact file that I looked at today. Wait, one of the members like... SCOOBY DOO! I entered the password and I heard a voice saying: 'Welcome, Block.'

I creeped inside, as quiet as a mouse. I heard voices.
'Lollyz, look at that picture! Don't I look... BEAUTIFUL?"

Oh my! Lollyz and Cherryz were at the house! That explains why they weren't at their 'humble Paris home'. But where would the actual Block members be? Well, that's another mystery...

I peeked into the room that Lollyz and Cherryz were and saw Cherryz going through some photo albums and Lollyz texting someone on her phone.

I knew that I had to get past. I couldn't wait for Lollyz and Cherryz to go away. 'They won't see you. Go on.' My brain told me. But another part was going: 'Wait! If they see you, you're doomed!'
I decided to do the brave thing and sneaked past. I did it as quiet as I could but then suddenly Lollyz went:

"What was that? I heard something!"
"Ugh, don't worry. It's just the wind." Cherryz replied.

I ran across the corridor and finally went into a dark room. I took out my torch and switched on my flashlight. I almost screamed but I held it in and ran to help untie the people that I saw. You know who were there? CUPCAKE AND GIFT, the two agents that got kidnapped by Block!
"Nelly! Nelly! I'm so glad you found me!" Gift cried and gave me a hug.
"How did you find us?" Cupcake curiously asked.
"Oh, guys! I'm so glad to see you! It's a long story, but I promise I'll tell you ALL about it, when we get outside. Sophie is waiting for us!"
