The village of Inunaki

Many countries have their own stories of ghost towns and of course, Japan is not an exception. It's said that there is a mysterious Japanese village lost somewhere in the country. No one has ever been able to prove its existence because those who searched it are never returned. Practical we might say.
Some believe it as hard iron and argue that there is a sign placed at the entrance of the village saying: "The constitutional laws of Japan do not apply here." Indeed, the habitants live there haphazardly, and incest, cannibalism and murder will be rife. Not really ideal as a holiday destination. Electronic devices are ineffective locally, what would prevent from localizing your location, and at the same time to call for help if unfortunately you were to enter.
