I will finally be happy

It was over quick, I did not feel a thing, I was on the ground before I knew, looking at him, he had a shovel in his hand

"I don't think it worked." I look at myself and stand up

He points behind me

"It worked."

I turned around and, screamed at the body that use to be me on the ground.

"You did it." He comes and stands beside me

That was me right there on the ground, twisted up, blood everywhere and a couple parts missing

"We have to bury the body." He says looking at me

I cover my mouth and shake my head

"You have to, I can't do it, you have to bury yourself Goddess."

I reach forward to touch the leg and jumped back when I realized he was telling the truth, My senses did still work, It was like being a snake.

"Do it Goddess.I'll be waiting right here." he sits on a rock after handing me the shovel

As much as I did not want to, I grabbed my old self by the leg and, dragged the body away, I found a spot an began digging.

1:00 later

The body was buried and me and him were sitting beside each other on the ground

"I can't believe it worked." I smile big

He looks at me "Wait till you see what you can do." he smiles

"Are there other's like us?"

"To be honest it's only 10 of us, you will meet the rest later on."

"So when do I start learning."

"You will first go home and in a week I will return, within that week you would have discovered some things, basic things."

"Okay."

"Goddess."

"Yes."

"You did good."

"Thanks."

"Oh and well like I said you will learn within a week some things, one of the things is teaching yourself how to transform, then you can see what you look like as a cross over, which we are called."

"Awesome." I frown

"Don't worry, or be afraid, you will learn to control yourself, which is the reason why for every cross over, after dyeing we are left by ourselves for a week, just so we can learn."

I smile " Well then, I will do my best." I looked at myself

This is the first time in a while I ever felt happy and alive, my skin was clear of any marks I realized earlier there was no way I could get a bruise or mark, when I was shoveling I cut my arm, at least I though I did, but when I went to look there was no mark just some pain.I was excited to learn by myself now, to see all I could do, But I was even happier to know that now I did have someone.

I smiled at him and he smiled at me

"Things from now on will be better." he says

"I know."

I know it will, because this is only the beginning
