Confusion and even more new faces.
I continued to follow Shadow, clinging to his arm, until we reached a hill. I could see some figures at the top. They didn't look like humans, but I had never seen so many Mobians in one place! Getting closer to them, I saw that they were two more hedgehogs, a fox with two tails, and a....red thing.......what? The fox waved, he appeared to be the youngest."Hi Shadow!" he saw me. I blushed and hid behind Shadow. The blue hedgehog noticed me, too.
"Who's that?" he asked, pointing to me.
"This is Tana," Shadow replied, "I found her in the forest. I decided to leave her to you guys." He stepped away from me and moved my hand away from his arm. I gulped. they were all staring at me. I just wanted to melt and be absorbed into the ground! A pink hedgehog, the only girl of the group, walked up to me.
"Hi! I'm Amy Rose!"
"H-hi." I quietly replied. Turning around for help, I saw that the black and red hedgehog was gone. "Where did Shadow go?" I asked, startled.
"Who knows?" Amy said, grabbing my hand and leading me toward the others. It looked like they were having a picnic. The blue one spoke again.
"I'm Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog!" then the fox,
"I'm Tails!" and then the red guy,
"My name's Knuckles" They seemed friendly enough, I figured I should probably ask them where my home was.
"Um, do any of you happen to know where Sweterf is?" I asked, "It's a really pretty town full of humans." They looked a little confused.
"Humans?" Sonic asked, "You must be from the human world. There aren't any humans on Mobius." I was shocked, and now REALLY confused. 'H-how? Why are there no humans?' it must've shown on my face, because Sonic said,
"Sit down, we can talk about it." I shook my head. My courage had all drained away, and now all I wanted to do was run. That's just what I did. Turning around I dashed in the opposite direction.
