Chapter 3
Redpaw'Good' I thought. I just felt better, so I don't need a brother ruining it. I rested my head on my paws and closed my eyes.
Red dust swirling around the red forest. Red fear. Then the dust parted, and Silverpaw. She was running after something. A cat. She was running after a ginger and grey tabby. He looked mysterious and I called out to her to hear no sound. This wasn't a dream. It was real life!
I yowled when I woke up, and bolted into the camp. The moon was rising but I need to find Silverpaw! I tried to get her sent, but another yowl came up.
"Ravenstar! Ravenstar! She's dead!" I heard Frostfang cry. I didn't care right now, so I tried to bound into the bush, but my mother caught me.
"Where are you going?" She asked. She sounded squeaky but... Wait, fluff?
"Snowkit, you startled him!" That was my mothers voice. But Snowkit was born today! He...
"Ravenstar is dead! She has joined Starclan." Frostfang cried. Tigertooth glared at her and looked away.
"Redpaw? Why is everyone so sad?" Snowkit sulked. I stayed quiet and snuck out, once again being caught.
"Redpaw!"
It was Tigertooth.
Muzz
Voices. Everywhere. I can't see can't hear can't concentrate.
"Get out!" Came a different yowl. It sounded like a girl.
"Who is there?" I called.
"Get out of Sunclan territory!"
Sunclan? What is Sunclan? Are they making a fool out of me? I don't know if I hit my head or if this is happening!
"Don't pretend you don't know fool!" The voice sounded closer, becoming clear.
"I really don't know ok!" I had enough.
"You don't know? Do you?" She whispered and stood out of the thorny bushes. She looked scared, but groomed.
"Really! I don't!"
"Get up."
"I can't."
She dipped her head and hoisted me onto my four paws, she had white fur and was slim.
"Who are you. And if you don't get out I'll have to kill you." Her voice trembled as she spoke.
"I'm Muzz." I purred.
"Do I trust you to keep my identity a secret?"
"Of course!"
"Then my name is," she stopped and hesitated "Swiftpaw."
