CATO AND CLOVE PART 3

The games part 3

i wake up by the sound of crackling. i rubb my eyes to find fire all over the other side of the woods. ''Wake up guys'' i say shaking cato. They all shoot up. ''Fire'' i said laughing. Cato smiled. ''Maybe tributes are hiding near the fire?'' said glimmer. cato grabs his swords and i grab my knifes. ''Lets go'' he said running through the woods. as we run through the woods i can hear screams but no cannons so maybe we can kill the tributes. When we reach near the fire we decide to take a little rest near the pond. i gulp down loads of water trying to not dehydrate. i fill my water bottle up. Then marvel starts pointing to a figure. ''There she is!'' he says whaling with excitement. we all start running and screaming with excitement. ''Where are you going girl on fire?'' said cato laughing as katniss climbed up the tree. ''Yeh were you going?'' said glimmer giggling. i stare up at katniss as she trys to reach near the top of the tree. then cato starts climbing the tree. ''Kill her cato!'' i scream. ''Cmon kill her!'' i say shouting louder. But then cato falls off. Glimmer sighs. ''Ill just do it myself!'' she said aiming the arrow at katniss's head which didnt hit her. Cato grabbed the bow off glimmer. ''Ill try'' he said in an angry voice. He did not get her. then we heard her speak. ''You might aswell just chuck the sword'' she said sitting down. i felt so angry that i was attempting to chuck my knife at her but then peeta spoke. ''Why dont we just wait here, im sure she will come down right?'' he said looking up at katniss. i stare at him. then cato speaks. ''somebody make a fire'' he said searching for twigs. i follow marvel and help him as glimmer just ran to cato. ''Good thing you spotted her.'' i said smiling at marvel. ''Yeah'' he said laughing. ''Did you volunteer for the games?'' i say trying to make a friend. ''Nah,i was reaped'' he said picking up twigs. ''Same'' i say helping him. ''Well cato my best friend volunteered'' i say smiling. ''Glimmer was reaped aswell'' he said. ''Are you and glimmer friends?'' i say smiling. ''Yeah shes my best friend but i guess she likes cato more'' he said sighing. ''Dont worry i will get her back to you'' i say giggling. Then we meet up with cato and glimmer. ''right lets make the fire then'' said cato smiling at me. ''I will help you cato'' said glimmer winking at him. cato pushed her away. ''Marvel why dont u help me?'' said cato. ''Okay then'' said marvel walking to cato. After a few hours the fire was made and marvel and cato were like best friends. i smile. Then glimmer walks up to me. ''hey clove'' she said sitting down next to me. i wanted to move away but i couldnt. ''Hi'' i say sharpening my knife again. ''Dont be angry if im with cato'' she says laughing. ''whatever'' i say moving near to cato. i tell him what she said and he gets angry.  ''Dont worry clove, your still my best friend'' he says hugging me. i fall asleep...... what will we find tomorrow...
