The Meet
heart racebeat faster
no slow
don't go, but stay
if i lose you than i will lose me
go slow
beatings faster
racing of thy heart
don't let it die
i finally submerged from the bathroom as i had calmed down, the way it was is that Corrain was finally dancing and having a good time where as Shane was no where in sight, that was always a good sign right? i still keep wondering if i just stopped and talked, would things have been different?
i sat back down on to a couch that was conveniently open, i must be really lucky tonight. the clock struck midnight as if it were a grandfather clock before being drowned in to the mix music that blared through the room, acting as if it were a heart, beating vibes of life through the room that keep the people going. the night seemed to drown into each other, like time was no where to be found and flew away. i gave up trying to look for a decent drink where as everyone had that cheap as beer that tasted terrible, so instead, i remained sober in a corner watching everyone else. only problem was that when I'm sober, i think... a lot.
i cant hold it! this is the night, i have to do it, just to see it, to feel it, to... enjoy it, the thought brought a smile to my face but i quickly shove it off. no.... not ever, never will.
my heart throbbed as if i felt another presence, sure there was possibly a hundred if not more people in here but this was different. i shook it off but it came in two's, i shook my head, guessing i was feeling drowsy and was off my game. i stretched, arms in the air and legs out straight, and in that moment some one had to walk right in front of me, tripping over my stretched legs and interrupting my stretch. i stood straight up to get a look at this guy, i figured, he wore a white hoodie and and dark baggy jeans, he picked himself up and dusted himself off before turning towards me. i have never seen something like.... this.
