Bullied

Chapter 1

I'm at my locker when Eliza comes over and slams my locker door when I'm about to out my Math textbook away. "Oops, sorry" she said sarcastically and walks away.
I look straight at my lock and focus on putting in my combination making sure not to look at her. When I open my locker, again. I put my books in and get my stuff for 4th period English.
As always, I walk to my classroom with my books close to me and my eyes on the ground. I walk in to the classroom, sit in my seat, and take out a book to read.
I've read 47 pages when my best friend Tara, playfully takes my book "Hey Ally" she greats me, sitting down in the seat next to me.
I take my book back "Hey Tara" I looked around "where's Nate?" I asked.
Nate and Tara are my best friends. They're actually cousins, that's how I met Nate. Tara knows this and obviously Nate doesn't but I have a crush on him.
"He's flirting with Eliza outside the classroom" her words shattered my heart to pieces. How could he be flirting with the b*tchiest girl in school? He can do better.
I went back to my book and tried to forget what Tara had said to me a few seconds earlier.
The bell rang and Nate came in and sat in his seat behind me. "Hi Ally" he said once he was seated.
"Hi" I said not turning around.
Class began when Mr Jones came in... When the bell rang for lunch I grabbed my stuff and waited for Tara. "What's for lunch?" I asked her when we got to our lockers, which where luckily next to each other.
"Uh, I think it's Pizza or Burgers" she answered when we were done putting our stuff away and were headed towards the cafeteria.
I got a slice of pizza and Tara got a burger. We went and sat I the same spot as always. I have her half of my pizza and she gave me half of her burger.
Nate walked over and set his tray down "Ladies" he said happily.
"Why so happy?" I asked him noticing he was smiling more than usual.
I smiled even more and whispered "I asked Eliza out and she said she might say yes"
I pretended to be happy for him "congratulations" I said.
