Fear

The next day I woke up, with a lot of questions, what was this place, what do you do here, is there anything I should fear about this place and much more. I got out of bed, feeling dirty I showered. When I got out of the shower, the girls were grouped around the table chatting and eating.
"Tay there's food on the stove." said Alicia. I was't a breakfast person so I just got some milk. I joined them at the table. I have a lot of questions I told them.
"First, is there anything I should fear here?" I asked cautiously.
"Well, a lot of the time there is someone that just disappears. We're always told they went home but we think other wise." said Maggie.
"What do you mean?" I asked frowning.
"We think to be honest the guards kill them." said Alicia. I didn't know how to feel about that so I moved onto the next question.
"Second, What is this place?" I asked.
"It's hell, they bring you here to break you down, toughen you up, and brainwash you." said Trinity.
"Third, What do we do here, I know I asked that already but I'm looking for a better answer." I explained.
"We basically do anything they say, and we go to school. Always do what they say or it could end bad." said Maggie. I couldn't ask anymore fear was welling up inside me. I was longing for a cigarette. I knew I wasn't going to get it though. My withdrawals were kicking in, and anger was rising in me. Fear more though.
Suddenly, a voice rang through the house from a speaker mounted on the wall.
"Anyone who is new please report to the main office please for an announcement. Thank you" said Mrs . Peggy. I said goodbye to the girls and headed out the door.
I entered the office, Mrs. Peggy pointed towards a door with a fat hand behind her desk. I entered the door and this is what I saw. Yes, I saw them, creatures I couldn't explain what they were. I gathered with the group of new kids.
"This, is your freedom. Do not mess up or they will be your friends. If you can't follow rules well lets just say you won't make it here or home." He said with a malicious smile. The creatures were ugly, a like human, they walked on two feet, had hair and even talked. They were chained to they were stuck behind bars, in a big room. I had a feeling they were hungry. They were sniffing the air, and reaching their hands through the bars.
"They only listen to me, and Mrs. Peggy, so don't try anything stupid." He said.
He threw a large piece of meat through the bars. They screamed a blood curdling scream and dived for the raw meat. The hairs on the back of my neck stood up.
"Now, you may leave" He laughed. His laugh was scary and malicious.
I walked back to the house, feeling angry, I punched the side of the house. I wanted to yell, scream and get violent but I knew they would be getting a rise out of me. That's what they wanted and I wasn't going to give that.
I went inside. The girls were still at the table. I slammed my fists down on the table, out of anger, and it made them jump.
"WHY, why didn't you tell me about those --- those things in there?" I yelled.
"Because we were told not too, its against the rules." Said Alicia.
"Yeah well, so is sneaking out!" I screamed.
I stormed off to my room. I slammed the door and fell back on to my bed. I felt an anxiety attack coming. I was hyperventilating and soon I usually began to have convulsions. Feeling dizzy I ran to the bathroom, I leaned over the toilet, and began to vomit. I stopped heaving, and stuck my hands under cold water, cupping it with water so I could drink it. Out of anger, fear, and being nervous I hid in my room for the rest of the day. At least till night fell, than I could be happy talking to Landon.
Dinner came but I still hid in my room and ate there. I so badly felt the need to be embraced in my arms. I got off my bed to hunt down the girl who held me tightly the first, I was longing to cry.
"Which one of you hugged me tightly the first day I was here?" I asked.
"That was me" said Trinity.
"Can I have another hug?" I choked.
She embraced me, just like I wanted and the tears came like a water fall.
