The Race, Moonlight P.O.V

"Are you ready?" Rainbow dash asked. I nodded. My wings were beautiful. Yes, I know, I've replaced Fluttershy and Twilight gave me a pair of wings.
We hurried to the start and waited. "Welcome to Equestria's International Race where two ponies from different towns will race against others and avoid the obstacles. The team that arrives 1st will win wonderful prizes and not only for their town but themselves too! Ok, On your marks! Get set! Go!" I galloped and flew up in the air. I was so scared but I have to believe in myself so we can win! The first obstacles were easy to avoid but the others took time. Some even got disqualified. I watched my steps and made sure that I didn't fall. "Faster Moonlight!" Rainbow Dash shouted. I knew what I had to do. My horn was burning and then a purple light surrounded me and I transformed into Rainbow Dash. "Wow!" "Lets go Dash!" We finished the first round. Now for the second round, we had to fly through a wall of Pegasi. I kicked one of them and fly past. Ok, that was great, now the last round, the three kilometer race! Rainbow Dash and I sped up. We passed three teams until one team started attacking us. I wasn't gonna let that happen! I created a barrier protecting us from dark powers. I threw a ball of fire at them and they disappeared. We could almost see the finish line. Lets go! We attacked and finally passed the other team ahead of us and sped up again. I could see the finish line! We were almost there. "Moonlight! Help! My wings is stuck!" Oh! Not now Dash, we're gonna win! "Help!" I didn't have a choice, is stopped and flew to her. I helped her up. "Come on!" "Moonlight? Why did you come back? You could've won. "There is no I in team, right?" She smiled. "Quick, lets finish the race!" We crossed the line, only, to arrive in second place. "Moonlight Dreamer is a loyal friend as she saved her friends instead of winning the race." Reporters were everywhere. "Thank you Moonlight." "No, thank you Rainbow Dash!" We hugged and giggled.
