Dear Diary,

Today was a great day! I got A+ on my English assignment and Amelia and I played together in break time. My life feels so perfect! This is my first day ever writing in you, so I feel like I can just go on and on and on. But I guess I will have to get to a point. As I was saying, everything does feel perfect but it doesn't seem perfect. You might not get that, but I don't blame you for that. Let me explain. See, Mum and Dad were planning to go to a fancy dinner at a posh restaurant on Saturday but it couldn't work out. Now, why would that affect me, you may ask? Well, let me skip to a point! Next time mum and dad want to go somewhere I would have to go over to Christine's house and Christine is my worst enemy! Her mum and my mum are best friends though, which makes life harder. And that's not all. Amelia did play with me today but it didn't go so well. These days she's always off with the new girl Sophie. Ugh. I hope life gets better though, soon.
