Shadexis love story.

Two opposites meet.

Alexis' P.O.V.
"I hate homework" I complained. I was in Egghead's base working on homework from school. I still meet up with my friends but they don't know where I go or that I work for Eggman. I sat in my room bored and listening to my Ipod. "Alexis!" Eggman called. I ran over to him. "Yes doctor?" I asked cocking my head to the side. Eggman handed me a chaos emerald and told me I needed to bring back a: Project Shadow creature. I didn't know what it was but Eggman told me to put the emerald in the machine and I would type in the passcode and it would show me. I nodded and teleported to a really old base. I saw a spider and smiled. Spiders were cool to me as I put the emerald in the machine and typed in the password: M-A-R-I-A. I looked at the machine and just stared. A black hedgehog sat up as the capsal began to open. I stared at the capsal as the hedgehog looked at me. "Who are you?" I asked.

Shadow's P.O.V.
I woke up in that capsal that Maria locked me in and saw a black bat girl who just staring at me. I stared back at her with the same red eyes she looked at me with. She asked me who I was. I looked at her now out of the capsal. "I am the ultimate lifeform Shadow, Shadow the Hedgehog," I said looking at her carefully. She glared me a little and I mirrored her action. "I'm Alexis, Alexis the Hedgebat," She said with a small growl in her voice. I just stared at her eyes not saying anything. I saw Maria for a quick second but the image of her faded. I shook my head as the two of us heard an alarm. "Great," She said sarcastically. I looked at her and saw a huge robot. I growled and took it down with one kick. She didn't stare at me or even give me a side glance. She grabbed the chaos emerald then grabbed my wrist. I looked at her holding my wrist and she just held the emerald close to her. "Chaos control!"

Alexis' P.O.V.
I took the show off back to Eggman's base. The doctor looked at Shadow for a minute then back at me. "This....he is project Shadow," I said looking at the doctor. Eggman looked at me. "The emerald." He held his hand out and I gave him back the emerald letting its warmth escape my fingertips. "You may leave now." I saw Shadow examining me with his eyes and I hissed at him before leaving. I walked back to my room since I had nothing but homework to look forward to. I sighed and went to work on my homework. After that I heard a bunch of blasting and I guessed it was Shadow training. I went backing to watching Wilfred Warfstache and yawned. Soon I was listening to Mr. Saxobeat and started to doze off. I laid my head on my pillow humming to the musics soft beat. I yawned more as the sound of blasting and metal clinking together stopped. I heard footsteps outside in the hallway but I ignored them and kept listening to the music. My eyes made their way to the night sky. I stared at the waxing Gibson moon and closed the computer. I snapped my fingers and the laptop disappeared. I pulled the blanket up to my shoulders and dozed off.
