1. Go to your room
2. Lay on your bed
3. Hold where your kidney would be
4. Say "Eyeless Jack take my Kidney"
(You can look out your window if you want... though most of the summonings I read said that you HAVE to see him entering your house... Look outside just in case)

---Results---
When you wake up the next day, you will probably have marks on your stomach and your wrists. You will be injured

Pray to God, Satan whoever you believe that you don't wake up during the 'operation' or he will kill you
