~Must be done in your bedroom
~Everyone in your house must be asleep

---Steps----
1. Wait until Midnight
2. Take a kitchen Knife and go up to your bedroom
3. Close the door to your bedroom
4. Lay down on your bed & cover yourself with the blanket(s)
5. Hold the knife to your chest right above where your heart is
6. Close your eyes and chant


    .... Jeff the killer, Jeff the killer, Jeff the killer ....

You will hear a voice whisper "Shhh go to sleep"

7. Open your eyes.
