Monster in the woods~
I honestly didn't think I would survive that night with all the fog, and the cold, and that creature that probably killed Becky!I was just so scared, my sweat and tears were everywhere, I just wanted to go home.
I begun to think,
"Are mom and dad and everyone else ok." I really hoped so.
I remembered I then ended up falling asleep, I don't know how anyone would be able to even sleep in the conditions I was in, but somehow I managed.
When I woke up, the forest was still foggy but I could see, I looked down to find a huge bruise on my leg, and a paper with strange writing that said.
"NO ESCAPE." written in blood.
And sure enough on the paper it had a picture of what looked like the creature I had saw last night.
"Was this a note from Becky?"
"No way, she doesn't even write like that." I said to myself, as I painfully managed to get up.
I finally got back on the trial, walking slow and hopping from my leg for the rest of the way.
~TWO HOURS LATER~
I think it was somewhere around noon when I came upon yet another strange note.
"What is up with these." I sighed.
the note had said:
"HE WATCHES, NO EYES."
"This is too weird." I kept telling myself.
Until later that day when I saw the creature again, so I was walking down the path as I said, and I heard little kids laughing, I thought they must have been camping neighbors playing a trick on me so I started laughing and looking around and then I said:
"Come on guys you got me."
But then I turned around and I-I saw "IT" again, and in its hand it had a piece of what looked like Becky's sweater with blood splotches on it.
I screamed and started painfully wobbling and hopping, but it got even closer, then suddenly it grabbed my ankle!
I was so terrified I held onto a tree for dear life but the creature was so strong, and now it also grabbed one of my arms, I screamed for it to let go but it didn't respond.
I gratefully a peculiar sharpened stick in the ground and managed to pull it out.
I grabbed it and flailed it until it stabbed the creatures arm.
The monster screeched in pain, as a black ooze dripped out of the wound, then suddenly it was gone.
I realized I had been holding my breath, so I happily inhaled as I once again stood up and started limping back to camp.
