~ Keara and Kipper the two huskies ~ (Diary entries)

Monday 1st April- Kipper

Dear Diary,

I feel like a man today! I am howling! I can do it! I sound a bit strange, but it’s coming! I can just imagine myself, a big husky, howling at the moon! I can just see the look on my owner’s face! He’ll be so proud! Well anyway, today was fun! I was a bit more lively and playful because I feel more comfortable with my owner. He is really fun and I like playing with that stick! I’m also getting the hang of tug-of-war, which is a very very good thing because I can maybe beat Keara at it one day! I said maybe. Keara got her head stuck, but I helped her get out. I fell asleep with my owner stroking my tummy. I’m starting to understand my name a bit more. I was also in a bit of a bite-mood today, but at least I was still adored by my owner’s sister. She is a good lap-buddy which basically means that she is fun if I lie on her lap and fall asleep… And it’s fun when I bite her hair. It’s so silky, but I may sound weird if I’m blabbing about that you know. I had a great appetite too! My owner attached a string with tennis balls onto my tail today but I knocked it straight off. Maybe he was trying to do something weird for April Fools day. Today was my first April Fools day because I was just born in February, so it was a bit of a big deal, don’t judge me! We also had visitors today and everyone thinks I’m lovely. Some people say I look like a wolf, and I can imagine running in the snow. My owner’s sister also gave us a new blanket. It is so cosy and I’m about to fall asleep… bye!
