~ Keara and Kipper the two huskies ~ (Diary entries)

Saturday 6th April- Keara

Dear Diary,

Today was a totally awesome day! Today I am 6 weeks old and I have been living with my new owner for 1 week! My owner kept going ‘Happy 1 week anniversary Keara!’ and gave me a pat on the head. It was a cool day but Kipper and I received our breakfast at like 10 o’clock, so, it was more like brunch than breakfast. Then, at about 3 o’clock my owner played with us for a bit and then we went out to the garden. I walked in that little tunnel again and my owner dragged me away from the filthy water. Then, we had to go back and the weirdest thing happened! Kipper and I were placed in a box! I couldn’t believe it and I was actually quite scared! Our owners loaded us into the car. I didn’t understand! I tried escaping but it didn’t work! The car drove for about 5 minutes and we drew up by another house! Our owners took us out of the box and we were on the pavement! We walked around a bit and sniffed the place. Our owners played with us for a bit. These people that I knew were also there! It was fun, but then this big dog barked at us! He was on the other side of the wall but I was super scared and hid under a little bench. Luckily my owner was with me and I felt safe. After a little while, I fell asleep under the bench and Kipper lay next to me. It was relaxing, and when I woke up, I drank some water. My owner let me go and play in that garden, and even though it’s not my usual garden, I did have some fun! Kipper’s owner put me in the plants and I found my way out, like a maze. I played with my toys and I ran around. The funny thing that I did was I bit Kipper’s owner’s bag and some of his toys. I don’t think he was so pleased about it. After all that fun, I fell asleep AGAIN, with Kipper on my side, on my owner’s legs. We slept for a while, and then we were woken up by our owner’s mum and dad, with their grandparents. I lay on my owner’s grandpa’s foot, and it was rather funny. He let me lie there, and it was fun. Then we were loaded into our box again and driven back home. Then we were back home and Kipper and I started eating. That’s all that happened for today, I’ll tell you what happened tomorrow, so, bye, bye!
