~ Keara and Kipper the two huskies ~ (Diary entries)

Friday 5th April- Keara

Dear Diary,

My owner came back for me! I don’t think she was actually gone though, because when she came back her grandparents came with her. But it was so awesome to see her again, and we had a great day! Kipper and I took our morning nap first because they arrived at the house at about ten o’clock and then later on my owner came outside to clean up our business. She was holding up a plastic bag and I bit it, so that caused a hole in the bag. Luckily it was only a small hole but my owner was really worried if I swallowed some plastic but she worries too much, because I’m 100% fine. She also took me out to the garden twice and the first time I discovered a leaf-blower. It wasn’t blowing, but I sniffed it. Sniffing is fun but it caused me some ground on my nose. Kipper’s owner brushed it off me, but I looked rather cool. This other lady also came to visit us and held Kipper in her arms. She didn’t hold me because I arrived late- my owner picked me out of my box to come and say hello. It interrupted my afternoon nap! Jeepers, lots of people decide to annoy me during my afternoon nap, but I’m getting used to it. The second time we went to the garden, it was like magic explorers time. I drank some of the water that came from the rain, found a stick and played with it and was dragged away from dead tree trunks when I decide to bite them. Kipper played with me in the garden too. Ha-ha, and I kept running down this sort of hill in the garden but rolled off every, single time! When I run on the grass I also seem to trip a lot! It’s so funny but it ruins my ‘cool’ effect. I run so fast but then suddenly ‘whoops!’ I fall down on a flat surface. But you know, small puppies are maybe supposed to be clumsy and I’m actually the busy one and busy people do tend to trip over flat surfaces and maybe fall down stairs, so I guess I’m pretty OK! Plus, today is Friday so during the weekend I’ll probably get EXTRA attention from everyone! And it means that there is going to be kits of exploring!
