Dragged away
Izzy sat in a small crate across the room. She was sick, and could possibly die. Willow did not know what the disease was, but he sure didn't want to catch it.Sunny sat, sprawled across the floor. The doors of the pound opened. Tons of cats meowed and clawed at their cage's bars. Most were very hungry, others just wanted to get out of their cage. Willow sat up, as a young couple walked down the row of cages. They barely stopped to judge any of the cats, then they paused at his cage, the woman then started tapping the bars. When they moved, Willow jumped back. She laughed.
"We'll take him," she pointed at Willow. "He's mighty fine for a cat!"
Willow backed away. "There gonna take me away?" he whimpered.
"Well, I'm pretty sure of it. Besides, you can't live with your mother your whole life, specially if your a cat. You'll have a good home!"
"But I don't want to go, mom!" Sunny shoved him a little closer to the cage's open doorway. He padded out, overlooking the couple, and then the man lifted him up, and Willow looked at his mom and sisters one last time.
-it's so sad. Who agrees? I cried a little while typing this.-
