Where did Sanic originate? I know that he is a crappily drawn and awesome drawing of Sonic the Hedgehog, but where the hell did he come from?

I got it from Pewdiepie. He was playing a Sonic game and kept saying "Sanic" I googled Sanic and it came up with the drawing.
