It depends, you souldn't care on what others say about your clothes but you should care about how you dress.

But why would someone care if they are being judged. Isn't being a human partly about loving yourself.
You should be comfortable with what you wear and you should be proud of yourself.

I know someone who cares too much about their hair. Ever since they have done the helicopter whip they all of a sudden think they have the best hair on Earth.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind wearing sneakers instead of stilettos. I am not very fashionable but I do wear stuff well.
