How do you build an Igloo? My dad and me are building an igloo in our backyard. Any tips?

Make a pile of snow, the size u want ur igloo to be, but make sure the whole pile is packed tightly. Then carve it out and then dump buckets of water on it.

I've made one before, actually. You get a rectangular storage tub, and fill it with snow. Use a spray bottle to spray cold water on it. If it's cold enough, the snow block will freeze solid. Stack the snow bricks in a circular fashion, building up as you would a regular house. Be careful, as the roof could collapse, though.

Igloos are often made of thick pieces of ice....if you are trying to build a stereotypical one that is....So you would have to cut large bricks of ice to make the igloo bricks, stacking them like a regular home does...if not...then you can construct a brick igloo, painting it a blue tinted white with some steel supports to keep it up...Either way works...as long as it is in winter that is...
