Does anyone here have eczema I have Eczema and it really hurts! Sometimes it is because of the cold but right now it is because I wash my hands to much! I have cream but it doesn't help! I have been putting it on for 3 months and nothing has changed! I put on Vaseline but IT HURTS TO MUCH! What do I do!

I as well suffer from eczema, on my feet. Eczema is usually caused by a lack of moisture in the skin cells. When cells aren't plump with moisture, they seperate and you lose water from the dermis. (inner skin layer), and let's bacteria in. I use coconut oil. It acts as a source of moisture for the skin.
