If a boy teases you, does it mean they like you? There's this guy that always teases me. Like, about EVERYTHING! Does he like me?

Actually there could be a sign that when he teases u, he likes u, but sometimes he could make sarcastic jokes 2 make u happy as a really good friend

Yeah, he made fun of my clothes, my braces, and he hits me sometimes. Not too hard though. I hit him back. >:)

Yep, but its in different forms such as calling you ugly, hitting you, etc. This doesn't mean all boys would do it. Some would do it because they're sexist or plain mean...
