Can muggles do magic? (See Description) In the first Harry Potter book, Professor Dumbledore said that music was a magic beyond all wizard's levels or something like that. It is a metaphor. He is saying that to wizards, music is as beautiful and awe-inspiring coming from muggles that magic is to muggles coming from wizards.
