I don't even have any annoying siblings and I still suffer from anger issues, so ur not alone in this. When u feel ur anger building up, just try and block everything out with some music from ur favourite tracks or listen 2 calming sounds, when I tried this I knew how much this was working so u can try it out if u wish.

http://www.apa.org/topics/anger/control.aspx Pick one or two things off of these lists to focus on first. If it doesn't work after a while, try something else from the list. Eventually you'll find something that works– for me, it's remembering, "Choose your battles, don't let them choose you" in my grandfather's voice when I'm ready to scream at someone.
Also, you're not alone. A lot of people have See More anger management issues and the reason you don't see it a lot is because people are afriad to talk about it.

First go to your room
Second take 3 big breaths slowly
Thrid if that does not help talk to one of best friends about it she might help
Lastly take notes that helped me when I was really mad

Yes! Take notes about what triggered your anger so you can work on that specific area.

I just punch my pillow, cut myself (don't do that please), and scream. Never try and keep your anger inside of you, because when you get really mad, things are going to me bad

I'm 14, and I have struggled with anger, anxiety, depression, and stress for about 6 years now. My family can be considered abusive, yes, but they do in fact do similar things to what happens to you. It sounds like your mom is focused on herself mostly (not in a bad way).
I know its simple but if you ever get angry just go to YouTube, get some headphones and there are videos that play calming sounds.
