Like the comments down there have already said, once he turns 18, it's considered illegal, because it will be seen as rape if you 2 ever go all the way. But this is something no one's said: Age shouldn't matter. It's the love you 2 share towards each other that counts, above all else.

Depends on the state. Here if someone reports it no matter the parents authority, the 18 year old gets in trouble.
