Well . . . First do you have something you like to do? That’s a good start. Then, do what you like in a common gathering area. Such as a school cafeteria or something. Then, if someone is interested in what you are doing, explain to them ?. I did this, so I have a small group of friends who share my likings. ?

Start off by talking to your human friends. You'll slowly pick up the habits again

In real life you have friend who you can talk to. Socializing isn't very hard to pick up. All you need to do is talk to your friends and slowly pick up habits of socializing. It's not willingly you just do. Talk to people more often
