I think so. I am a vegetarian. It's healthier than an omnivorous diet, it's better for animals, and it's better for the environment.

I think either one of them is a good idea, but it's the person's choice. I, personally, am a vegetarian.

Well, it all depends on your health and financial situation. I'm of the opinion that if you are able, you should become vegan/vegetarian. It's the best opportunity for your overall health, helps you live longer, has an immensely positive impact on the environment, and of course, you're no longer eating animals. It's a much easier transition than many people believe, and many vegetarians/vegans lose the taste for meat in 3-5 months! And even if you do still crave meat, there are See More amazing substitutes. It can also open your mind to vast amounts of food and meal ideas that you've never thought of!
But, many people are unable to become vegetarians/vegans. If you do not have a lot of money, purchasing the necessary fresh vegetables, grains, proteins, and fruits can become more expensive than you can afford. You can't live on dairy alone. While you can find cheap substitutes, it's hard to find a balanced meal in a small food budget when you can't rely on a quick chicken sandwich for your protein intake for that meal. For this reason, many people decide to become pescatarians (eat fish), pollovegetarians (eat chicken), or simply just cut out red meat. It's easier on your wallet but still a way to cut significant amounts of meat from your diet.
Health reasons can also be a reason why you cannot become a vegetarian/vegan. If for some reason you need a larger amount of protein, meat is a quick way to get that protein. Leafy greens and beans are of course good sources of protein but it's not a good idea to limit your diet when you're sick.
There's also people that are allergic to soy, gluten, tree nuts, and other common vegan/vegetarian food stuffs. This can make it difficult to survive on that diet, seeing as many things targeted at vegetarians are made primarily of these things.

Yah! I'm partially a vegitarian myself, but I still eat some meat at times, I just try to avoid it. You can get all of your nutrients from beans, it's about the same as meat. Eating vegetables also eliminates unnecessary animal slaughter and decreases your chance of heart problems :3

Well it depends.
Just because one person out of the whole world does not eat meat the people will still kill animals because they like meat. And if you try to convince people to not eat meat some people will not because they like it and tons of people will lose there jobs. Also if you don't have enough meat you have a low amount of protein. Protein is super good for you. Meat also contains other healthy stuff for you. But you can still eat nuts and eggs to have protein. But some See More people exclude those things too because of allergies and stuff like that. And just eating all meat is not too good either.
I am not saying that your bad that you are vegetarian it's just that you need to balance your diet. It's your choice though! There are animals in this world to be eaten!
