I think the rest of the world thinks Americans are uncivilized cowboys, stoned surfers, or just generally uncultured, boorish, and uneducated. I dunno, what do you think? :3
I've always felt Germany and its people were on the more serious side and very tough. But then again, a lot of serious and tough stuff is associated with them. My sister befriended a German exchange student when she was in college and even brought him over for dinner. He was very friendly and very open to See More our many questions. I think Germany and Germans are misunderstood. I appreciate how Germany has gotten over a lot from their past and continues to move forward. ??❤️??

All true to some degree. :) I've never heard the love thing before. I'd say money is thought of more often than not (our culture is very industry and commerce driven). That's interesting...

Mostly I have only heard about Germans from the Holocaust. I am not proud to admit that, but I would agree from that time in history that most Americans see Germans as extremely self prideful. However, I would actually like to meet a German and see how they actually act.
Well very few germans are still nazis and i happen to have a friend who is jewish. Germans aren't proud of being know for being nazis but we most just shake it of

To be honest when I think of Dr. Wiley from Mega man or just world war 2 I'm sorry German culture is not my strong suit but my friend wants to go to school there and I think I'd be cool to go there.

The classic stereotype: fat, stupid, rich, etc.
in germany we think americans also talk really loud and think about love alot
Yea, love is forced on us younger and younger. Hell my first bf was in 7th grade and my first crush was in 4th.

Some Americans do talk really loud. And when I was in like 3rd grade, there was a group of girls at recess (also 3rd graders) daring one another to ask this boy to the upcoming dance (called a sock hop; more of a fun little-kid thing that romantic). So kids are starting to think about love earlier than usual..

I'm ?? x ?? x ??, but I'll still answer the question.
I think of Germans as friends, having recently met two lovely German x English girls called Carlottie and Annastarzia. I believe them to be extremely determined and driven to shake off their country's past. I also think of them as polite, kind, and gentle around animals, because I recently had a German exchange buddy called Michel. I feel very close to Germany, since my dad goes on business trips there. He has told me that See More all Germans are incredibly helpful when showing him around. They also happily switch to English around him and his colleagues, and back again when they are gone. So, I think they are well-educated as well.
If anyone is ever mean to you about being a German, just remember, you'll have people like me who think of Germans as just the same as anyone else.
