How Do You Learn To Love Yourself? It's been a few months since I've gotten on but that's not the case, I need advice. I've been insecure since elementary school and found out just last year in October that I have PTSD. (post traumatic stress disorder). Each month it seems like my insecurities and anxiety get worse because now I can't even wear the stuff I used to love to wear due to issues I have with my body. I get teased too much for having a "flat chest" or should I say "bird chest". I can say I'm less depressed and it's actually calmed down a lot. Although, I really wanna work on loving myself because it's actually affecting me a lot. Thanks for reading lol. Oh yeah, if you're wondering about my age, I'm 14.

Care as much about yourself as you do for others.
It sounds simple, but many of us simply don’t do this because we think we are being selfish or that our own needs are not important. They are. It is not selfish to care about yourself. Compassion for yourself means showing concern for your own feelings as well as for others. Treat yourself the way you would treat your children or your best friend—with gentleness, concern and caring.
