Can you give me tips on how to cut back on fast food and electronics? I feel like i'm gonna start gaining too much weight if i keep eating like i do, and i also feel like i'm not putting my best into my schoolwork because i'm engrossed in electronics... Can you help me?

electronics are not really making you fat its what you eat, maybe replace your big mack meal for some brown rice and terryaki, make sure to limit your calorie intake aswell. electronics are the way of the future so i dont reccomend cutting down on them

Ask your parents to set a passcode on your electronics and not tell it to you, and whenever you want to get on, they'll enter it in. Or have them block some websites. As for your fast food issue, try making homemade food that's just as good! Cut up some potatoes and coat them in flour before cooking them in the oven - that'll make them crispy and healthier than fast food fries. Or you could chop up some veggies for a stir fry, make a burger out of grass-fed organic meat (I prefer See More no meat at all ;) ), or cook up a veggie burger!

This is how I lost 50 kgs, you need to diet. Fast food only causes waight gain, look up how it is made, it will shock you. All of the shit they put in, hormones, bugs all of the gross things. Try getting a salad, or something with less calories. Surch up your calorie intake, for your age, height and gender. And try to stay in that range, fast foods are really bad, and one Big Mac, can take up to a year worth of walking to burn off.
I can give you a diet plan, to help you get See More started if you want. And cut out these foods first
1) Fast foods
2) pastaries (stuff you get from the bakery, like Sussage rolls,pies,pasties that kind of stuff)
3) high Suger foods
4) desserts (ice cream,chocolate eg)
Those are the easyist to cut out of your diet, then make the switch. Like switch regular Yougert with low fat Yougert, and white bread with whole grain bread.
All of your meals should be under 400 calories, and all snacks under 200.
As for the exercise, try finding stuff you are interested in. Such as swimming, swimming burns fat easyist. And make sure you find other stuff to do, sometimes when your bored you eat, or go on electronics. Don't let yourself get bored!!!!!!!
Stay active, and try to have 30 mins to 1 hour of exercise. By eating less and exercise, you will burn waight fast.

Maybe eat better and excerises(?)I want to eat better and such,but it's difficult.I think you should try keeping it in mind that you don't want to gain too much weight.As for the electronics,maybe start off slow.If I was asked I could problobly be off electronics for a day.At least.I think it's cause most of the time I use my tablet and phone for school work(I mostly only write and listen to music on my tablet).I think walking while listening to music may be a good idea.Sorry,if See More this wasn't too helpful.
