Yes, it is an escape to another world, no matter if it is a good or bad dream. And if you are able to control your dreams (lucid dreaming), you can create your own world and do what you want. Dreaming is wonderful.

Are there any lucid dreamers here? :)

How does one know or remember a lucid dream....or even know if it is one..?


I had quite the dream last night...and it is still somehow fresh in my mind...I can remember most of it clearly...

When you are having a lucid dream, you are aware that you dream. I know that it can be very confusing sometimes. Sometimes, you are aware but can't control anything. Sometimes, you think that you're aware but in fact you're not. But it gets less confusing the more you lucid dream. :)
