I have experienced all types to an extreme extent, but I have had a bully throw brick in my window, multiple death threats, and the worst thing said to me was "you're face makes me want to k**l myself" when I was 9

Either verbal or physical . I've been teased about having social anxiety and maladaptive daydreaming disorder and stuff , so probably verbal mostly .
