If robots has a personality and such as humans, do they qualify as human? So, long story short, if there's an uprising of robots who basically seem human, do we treat them as human? The robot has a personality, ways to learn, and can be mistaken as human. Would we treat them like humans?

My answer is we should treat them with respect that they deserved. Even though we humans treat each other like trash... we need to treat the robot/human with kindness , politeness and love :3 // So yes, we need to treat them like they're humans.

They're aren't human, however they are in fact sentient and have thoughts of their own, therefore they should be treated as such.

They don't have souls so they aren't human.
Scientifically, souls don't exist.
Also, may I point out in Ghost in the Shell they actually did.

No because they don't have a heart, blood, Brain, or any actual body parts. They would still be machines even if they had personalities
Should we still treat them as such, and are they supposed to be treated as human or programmed to be human-like?

That depends....they may have humility (as in consciousness and such)...but if they're robotic underneath...they are not considered human. They never would be as they were not born human...and are all machine...
By the description provided, is it the personality can't be distinguished from human....or the body, or both?
If it were personality...the robots are HIAI (Highly Intelligent Artificial Intelligence)....but still robots...if it were the body that was hard to distinguish...then See More that is based on perception...as you would have to spot robotic parts to mark it as robotic...if it were both mind and body....by the books it would be robotic...a robot still....but by that point, you would not be able to tell anymore....let-alone actually see what is robot and what is not.
The same name clarrification could be given to transfers from one body to another... Human to robot.....robot to human...Fox to human or human to fox... They would be classified as a different name at that point...but it would by looks stand point be that species or creature....or thing.

Are they programmed to be human, or supposed to be treated as so?

But should we treat them like humans?

They need to shown the eight basic signs of life, eat, sleep, grow, reproduce, breath, move, respond, and defecate, then they are human or a basic organism.
Now the real question: Should we treat them as human? Are they programmed to be human, or supposed to be treated as so?

Probably depending on if they do the same thing as humans such as eat, sleep, go bathroom, or give birth only if it were scientifically possible.
