Have you ever been disappointed by your close friends? If so, please detail

Hmm... There was one time I lived in a really big apartment complex and there were lots of kids my age living there. I reached out to them so I could play too, and all of us became friends. Months later, I told them I was Christian. They were okay with it. But not their grandparents... So next day I find they don't like me anymore, I'm not their friend and I can't play with them. Last I saw of 'em, they threw rocks at me.
