Is it true that there is a 'No White After Labor Day' rule for girls?

I have never heard of that. Nor do I know what that is. (I know what Labor Day is but your question I don't)

I think it's just a weird thing people came up with, stating it as a fashion trend. I am not 100% true (I'm not a girl), but I don't think they are allowed to make a rule choosing a person's clothing outside of a building they would own.
