How do i tell my dad i like girls? Recently I have been getting attracted to girls and decide im bisexual but my dad is a republican and is against gay rights...and it will be a little while before I move out and im surely gonna have a gf before I move out and my mom is proud of me for opening up to a new experience but she doesn't want my dad to ever know but I gotta tell him eventually because he's gonna find out sooner or later and he KNOWS when im liying to him...what do I do?

I think you should tell him. Your mom should support you, if he finds you with a girlfriend and explodes that would be much worse than him exploding in your house when no one is visiting

Tell him that you have started feeling attraction towards other girls and ask him to help you, if you think he's not going to accept you. Cause if he doesn't like you because of that, try to be straight. If you really can't just tell him "I'm your daughter and you should love me for who I am.." I think it'll be fine if you're bi.

be confident when i told my parents i liked girls they took it a lot better than id thought, i thought theyd kick and scream at me. just say dad i need to tell you some thing and tell him at a pace your dad will be able process what you are saying. have your mother in the room as back up if your dad does react but just make it clear it what you want. dont let him get you down

Well, this is a very difficult thing to do. Make sure your mom is with you. Be calm and straight-forward with it, don't sugar coat. Don't ever raise your voice or get defensive. Just tell him straight out and own it, do not back down; worse thing you can do is cave in. Do tell him though because otherwise it will only make it worse. Be very gentle though, I know this seems contradictarory but what I mean is don't be like "Dad, I'm gay. Deal with it." Say something more along the See More lines of "I know it may come as a shock to you and you will disagree with it, but as my father you promised to love me forever. My sexuality is undefined to me so I am experimenting. (you said you were bi but if you think you're really les I'll reword this). I hope we can still love each other as a father and daughter should." Good luck and just remember candid but gentle with your mom in the room.

Friend there's nothing in the bible that says homosexuality is wrong and if your not gonna let me be me then please leave...God loves me for who I am and I think being bisexual is who I am unless God tells me to be straight I stay this way.
