If Cinderella's shoe fit her perfectly then why did the shoe fall off when she was walking up the stairs?

maybe it slipped off bc its glass and her feet were sweating a little bc glass doesnt allow skin to breathe or air out

1- she tripped
2- she purposely "took it off" so the prince could find her again
