Depends if you are talking about the game or what, the character is a very apathetic person where it is neutral and is bad when harassed or bothered.

Kinda bad...but as long as you don't tick him off he's good

Depends on how you look at him, from my point of view, I say he is good, except for the killing spree's he goes on. Other's might say he's bad, for the cause of this, not having enough information or just plain don't like him.
